Impact

Honest numbers, once the work begins.

Because Haftey is a startup enterprise, we share the framework by which we measure impact. Figures will appear once the awareness program and production get underway.

Haftey is young, so impact starts with a serious method, clear indicators and the discipline to publish real results when they exist.

Why this matters

Impact numbers only matter when the method is honest.

A community education moment connected to Haftey impact measurement

Instead of estimated figures, Haftey publishes the framework it will use, the indicators it will track and how those indicators are collected. As sessions and production start, this page will fill with real data.

The goal is to avoid vague claims. Partners should be able to see what changed, what still needs work and where funding or collaboration had the strongest effect.

Reach

Who we reach

Number of girls and women in education sessions, number of partner schools and number of communities involved.

Learning

What changes

Knowledge, attitudes and self reported habits, measured with simple entry and exit surveys adapted to age and literacy level.

Work

What is built

Reusable products produced and distributed, women employed in production and training hours delivered inside the workshop.

Three horizons

From first reach to longer community change.

  1. 01

    Short term

Reach and delivery, including how many people, sessions and products are included in the first year of work.

  2. 02

    Medium term

Change in knowledge and habits, measured through pre and post surveys, facilitator notes and follow up visits where possible.

  3. 03

    Long term

Employment, dignity and community norms, tracked through longer interviews, partner feedback and repeated collaboration with the same communities.

Honest reporting means sharing the progress, the gaps and the decisions that come next.

How we report

Figures and stories belong together.

For every awareness program we run a short entry and exit survey, supported by attendance notes and facilitator observations. Participants and teachers are invited to share qualitative stories in their own words, without pressure.

For production and employment we track units produced, units distributed through partners and the number of women in stable paid roles. Financial reporting sits alongside this, so cost per participant and cost per pad stay visible to partners and donors.

For partners

Support a model that reports carefully.

If you fund or host a Haftey program, you will receive clear reporting on delivery, learning and next steps.
